NASP is National Archery In Schools Program.   At last report, more than 1 million students at various schools throughout the US have been exposed to ad actually allowed to participate in archery.  This is a fantastic effort by dedicated archers and teachers, school administrators, and especially the various state-level outdoor wildlife departments and archery organizations to spread the sport!  Impressively, there has not been even ONE archery injury during this program's operations.  That is a fantastic indication of just how safe target archery is.

Norm McMinn, coordinator for A' NASP, has provided the following schedule.  The Archival Archery will gladly post any other state's schedule up here as well

Upcoming TPWD staff-led training workshops FOR 2006 include:
Basic Archery Instructor (formerly Level I NASP)
National Archery in the Schools Program Basic Archery Instructor training.  The course will be held on Friday, October 13, 7:45am-4:45pm in Lewisville.  We need about 9 more people if you know of anyone who will be in the Dallas area on the 13th.  Thanks!
