GLOSSARY OF TRADITIONAL ARCHERY TERMS
Through attendance at various traditional shoots we have come in contact with a lot of people. Some are new to the sport but many have been in it for a long time. During the ensuing conversations archery specific terminology will invariably be used. Quite often this terminology will be used incorrectly or misunderstood by those hearing it.

It is for these reasons that we wish to present a Glossary on this site. For the sake of room we will not be listing every archery related word we can think of, but we will list those which we feel the Traditional Bowhunter/Archer is most likely to come in contact with via the written or spoken word.
