The tournament was held over a Friday and Saturday, in excellent conditions for archery - little wind, partly cloudy skies, but a generous helping of humidity and temperatures in the mid-nineties during most of the competition.

The event started with 68 competitors and 66 managed to finish out both days. Notably there were 20 barebow archers participating.

Special Note: This event, as with the last 12 State Field Championships, has been held on the Blaschke Exotic Game Ranch near Eagle Lake, A. Owner Nolan Blaschke has generously supported the Archival Archery and the championships by hosting us and providing resources that enable us to create a world-class event. The Archival Archery wishes to honor and thank the Blaschkes for their support.
