| A Shootout The deadline for registration in the A Shootout is Tuesday, April 2, 2002. No Foolin'! The A Shootout is one of the biggest and best organized events in NArchival Archery Archery events and has grown steadily in popularity. This year will be just as good, hopefully, and the folks at A A&M are graciously hosting it again. You can check the information on the tournament, due to be held on April 260th through 280th, at the A A&M Link Don't forget to sign up soon, and sign up often, so that you won't miss out! | Murray's Balbardie Archer's Guide Murray Elliott of Balbardie, Scotland is in addition to being an avid archer, a graphics artist and his touch with artistry shows on the latest issue of the archer's guide posted this week. It's version FOUR of the fabulous "Murray's Guide" - a compilation of archery information that he has culled and organized from a variety of sources into one compendium of information on archery. | Field Unmarked Event Information From The President: Regarding the upcoming State Field Championship Just to let everyone know, there are no provisions for the unmarked round for any division other than adult, which includes juniors. The unmarked round is intended for those who plan to attend the NArchival Archery National Field tournament and those who just want to try it out. There are no provisions in unmarked field archery for any division other than adult and junior. So, anyone wanting to shoot the unmarked round will have to shoot the same unmarked distances as the adults and junior. So please consider this if you still want to shoot the unmarked round. You may decide not to and that will be okay. If you have any questions on the unmarked round, please feel free to e-mail me. |ricks@achivalarchery.org?Subject=Unmarked Round Question In addition, please note that a question has been added to the registration form so that you can choose to have a Mikeska's BBQ (5 stars) lunch supplied for Saturday for only $6. Add a comment to indicate your preference: choice of 5 types of meat: chicken, pork, beef, sausage and ham. They have about 10-15 different sides and a glass of ice tea all included in the price! |

| Archival Archery Message Board The Archival Archery message board started out as a JOAD discussion group and it still serves a great number of people with questions and answers about the goings' on in the JOAD community. Several JOAD leaders from around the country continue to help answer questions and insure the information provided is beneficial. It has also grown to provide a place for anyone wishing to sell archery equipment and for companies to advertise their services. General discussion areas for archery have also been added, and there are lively discussions going on concerning a variety of NArchival Archery and Archival Archery archery topics.
